Specification, volume, destination and payment — the quotation starts there.
After counterparty KYC, the contract fixes specification, packing, shipment window and Incoterm. Shipment goes out with SGS or Intertek inspection and full documents.
What is the minimum volume?
Usually from one container (≈25 t) for bagged sugar.
Bulk VHP follows vessel lots defined by contract. Recurring programmes get allocation priority with the mills.
